What is included with a Private Chef Service?

Our service includes all of the necessary ingredients, including wasabi, ginger, and soy sauce. We also provide the cooking utensils and the disposable sauce cups and chopsticks. However, we do not provide flatware.

How does pricing work?

The price for our catering service is determined by how many people make a booking.

The minimum expense for an onsite sushi chef is $1,000.

The minimum expense for an onsite hibachi chef is $1,000.

The minimum expense for an onsite yakitori chef if $1,500.

Is there a deposit?

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The cost of the deposit will vary depending on the size and scope of your event, though it is typically 50% of the total cost. If you need to cancel your event, 50% of the deposit can be refunded if canceled between 14 days and 72 hours prior to the event. If the order is canceled within 72 hours of the event, we cannot refund your deposit.

Can I change my reservation?

If you need to make changes to the number of guests on your reservation, please give us at least 3 days notice. Past that point in time, the guaranteed number of guests can no longer be decreased but you may add on if necessary. This will allow us to adjust the guest count and make any necessary changes. You will be charged for the guaranteed number of guests even if fewer guests attend the evening. Please note that you will be charged for any guests added after the guarantee deadline. For any other changes, please contact us as early as possible for adjustments.

How long does dinner take?

The whole experience usually takes 2-2.5 hours. In the circumstance that you are not ready to start dinner at your requested time, we will start charging $100 per hour once we have been onsite for over three hours.

How to choose a menu?

We have our own distinct menu, but we can customize it to your wishes.

Can you adjust the menu if you have any food allergen sensitivity and/or gluten intolerance?

Yes, we are more than happy to adjust the menu if you have any food allergen sensitivities and/or gluten intolerance. We can modify our ingredients accordingly to best serve guests who have food allergies.

Do you provide alcohol?

Currently, we do not provide alcohol with our service.

Do you have food for children?

We can certainly accommodate young children within our menu. We have a variety of items on our menu that are suitable for kids, such as our delicious California Rolls. If you have any specific requests, please don’t hesitate to let us know in advance so we can be sure to have what you need.
