I can not recommend enough! I hired Mr. Fresh catering for a party at my house for my husband’s 40th birthday party and it was sooooo great! Chef Hiro was awesome and the food was amazing. The sushi is very fresh and delicious. The display was beautiful and all of our friends were impressed. It was very easy to work with them to plan the party and the chef was on time and then everything was cleaned up at the end of the night so I didn’t have to do anything! It was amazing! 5/5 hands down!

Such an amazing experience! We had Chef Gary cater our event and we couldn’t be happier. He arrived promptly to set up for dinner, he was extremely clean and organized with his set up. Once dinner was ready to be served, we couldn’t believe not only how amazing the sushi tasted but how beautiful his presentation was. To top it off, he has so much knowledge about everything being served that we learned so much! The fish is so fresh and melts in your mouth. We have never had sushi this fresh and delicious!

Hiro came and made omekase for my family and it was 10/10 amazing – truly one of the most special meals and the best sushi I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend this enough!!!!!!!

Administration, I spoke and emailed Summer, she is great at responding and explaining everything. I never had anyone respond to an email that quickly. She kept in touch with me at all times until the day before.
Sushi quality: The best sushi ever, everyone enjoyed a delicious & fresh sushi. Three days later, I still hear about it how delicious it was and I am sure I will hear it again.
Chef: Mr. Quiangjiang (Kobayashi) not only he was on time, he was very friendly and smiley. Some of my friends had food allergies and he accommodated them very well. After he finished serving, he cleaned my kitchen very well (spot less).
I highly recommend Mr. Fresh Catering and I am sure I will use them again!

We had an omakase for 2022 Christmas party. Chef Kobayashi san was great in preparing the best ingredients and presenting sushi in a beautiful way. All our guests were really surprised with the quality of sushi and hot items paired with sake and plum wine (provided by us) were served right at a private home. Chef garnished Mochi deserts (provided by us) to finish the 24 courses meal. Everyone had a great time and very impressed! We will do this again in the future.

I’ve been to Japan several times. I’ve eaten sushi in Osaka, Kyoto, Fukuoka, Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo and many other places. No sushi restaurant in California compares. I was hosting a promotional dinner for 18 people and Summer @ Mr. Fresh Cater made me feel so at ease. She patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. I was excited that I booked them immediately. Our Sushi Chef Hiro from Nagasaki Japan at Mr. Fresh Cater exceeded my expectations. The quality of the sushi and presentation was amazing! If you have never eaten sushi from Japan, you’ll want to book Mr. Fresh Cater at your next event! You’ll never eat sushi from anywhere else again. Oishikatta!!

What a special night!  We enjoyed everything that was put together for us.  There was a huge assortment of rolls and nigiri and some surprises throughout the night.  All of it was mouthwatering delicious!  The service was even better!  All my guests raved about this.  I can’t wait to use them again.  Highly recommend!
